My work is trauma-informed, nervous system aware, and rooted in my own healing journey. Somatic practices are woven through everything I offer — because real healing doesn't happen in the mind alone.

Sacred Healing Services
1:1 Ceremonial Reiki Energy Healing — Sacred ceremony, ritual & energy work that can help promote nervous system regulation, release stuck emotions, clear energetic blocks, and support spiritual awakening. Many clients find this helpful for reconnecting with themselves at a deeper level, processing grief, trauma, or major life transitions.
Traditional Reiki Energy Healing — Gentle energy healing that promotes nervous system regulation, deep relaxation and natural healing. This can be wonderful for connecting to your intuition, reducing anxiety, improving sleep & energy levels, and restoring emotional balance when life feels overwhelming.
Online Distance Energy Healing — Energy healing sessions conducted remotely, allowing you to receive healing support from the comfort of your own sacred space. Energy isn't bound by physical distance - I connect with your energy field and facilitate healing while you rest in your own home. This is perfect if you're unable to travel, prefer the intimacy of your own space, or live outside my local area. Many clients find distance healing just as powerful as in-person sessions, with the added benefit of being able to fully relax in familiar surroundings and integrate the healing at their own pace. The benefits of this are the same as Energy Healing done In-Person.
Indian Head Massage — An ancient Ayurvedic practice working across your head, scalp, neck, shoulders and face to release deeply held tension, clear stagnant energy and calm an overactive mind. This can help with stress relief, mental clarity, releasing physical tension and energetic heaviness, and reconnecting you with your body - especially helpful if you feel stuck in your head, overthinking, or carrying the weight of everything in your upper body.
Reflexology — Working with pressure points on your feet to support your body's natural healing processes. This can help with grounding your energy, promoting nervous system regulation, releasing stuck emotions & blocks, stress relief, improving circulation, and reconnecting you with your physical & emotional bodies - especially helpful if you tend to live in your head.
Sound & Crystal Healing — Vibrational healing using sound frequencies and crystal energy. This can support deep relaxation, meditation, and accessing altered states of consciousness for inner exploration and release. I use Sound & Crystal Healing alongside Energy Healing and Reflexology.
