  • What is ceremonial Reiki?

    Ceremonial Reiki Healing is a trauma-informed offering that weaves together intuitive energy healing with grounding, intention and ritual. Each session is guided by your unique energy, emotional needs and nervous system — allowing space for integration, stillness, and deep energetic release.

    This isn’t just Reiki — it’s a return home to yourself.

  • TRAUMA INFORMED SPACE

    This is a space where all parts of you are welcome — messy, emotional, uncertain, soft, strong, whatever shows up. I’m qualified as a Trauma Informed Facilitator & Reiki II Practitioner with training in Counselling Skills. I am also currently training in Trauma-Informed Somatic Counselling which is adding many new levels of awareness to my work. This work I offer is nervous-system aware and always done at your own pace.

    In a world that moves fast, where we’re constantly pulled outward, ceremony brings us back in. It slows time. It invites presence. Ritual gives meaning to the moment — it says: “This matters. You matter.”

    When we step into ritual, we create a sacred container — not just to receive healing, but to feel, witness, release, and reconnect.
    It reminds the nervous system that it is safe to soften.
    It helps the soul remember that healing is not something we fix — it’s something we tend to.

  • Why I Offer Reiki This Way

    For me, Reiki is sacred. It’s not something I rush. It’s not a box-ticking healing.
    It’s deep. It’s intuitive. It’s alive.

    That’s why I’ve chosen to offer Reiki as a ceremonial experience — infused with intention, somatic grounding, ritual, and energy medicine.

    Because I believe healing isn’t just energetic — it’s emotional, spiritual, and deeply physical too.

    Ritual helps us drop into the body.
    Intention helps direct the energy.

    And sacred practices — like anointing, sound, meditation, and crystal grids — help create a space where transformation can truly unfold.

    This way of working honours your whole self.
    It’s trauma-informed, heart-led, and rooted in presence.

    You don’t need to be “spiritual” or know how to meditate. You just need to be open — and I’ll meet you exactly where you are.

    We’ll move slowly, with intention. You don’t need to be or do anything. You’ll arrive, be welcomed, and gently guided through a series of grounding, heart-opening practices before receiving Reiki. We close with integration and space to share — if you feel called.

    You leave feeling lighter, clearer, more connected to yourself.
